Our refrigeration effect is generally required to be controlled between 0-10 degrees Celsius. However, in winter, due to the lower temperature, the refrigeration unit easily reaches the set temperature, so we generally need to adjust the temperature to level 4 or higher. When the ambient temperature is below 16 degrees Celsius, we can adjust the cabinet temperature to level 5; if the ambient temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius, it should be adjusted even higher, to level 6-7, which also saves energy and facilitates cooling.

We know that the principle of a freezer is that the compressor compresses the refrigerant, causing a series of physical changes to achieve the cooling effect. However, it is also highly susceptible to the influence of the external environment, especially during seasons with large temperature fluctuations, such as summer and winter. At this time, we need to adjust the freezer temperature to ensure its normal operation. In the high ambient temperature of summer, it becomes very difficult for the internal temperature of our freezer to drop, and the operating time will be longer, causing the compressor to work under overload. At this point, we need to adjust the temperature of the freezer again. If we adjust the temperature to level 2 or 3, the compressor won't need to work so hard and won't be damaged as easily. This also saves energy and extends the life of the freezer, so why not? Therefore, as long as we adjust the freezer temperature correctly, we can reap huge benefits.
