A cake display case, or bakery refrigerated display case, is a refrigerated display case used to showcase cakes.
Cake display cases are mainly divided into two categories based on function: ambient temperature cake display cases and refrigerated cake display cases. Ambient temperature cake display cases do not have a refrigeration function and are mainly used for display and dust prevention; refrigerated cake display cases have a refrigeration and preservation function and are used for refrigerated display of cakes.
Refrigerated cake display cases can be further divided into direct cooling (frost formation) and air cooling (frost-free) types. The internal temperature is generally maintained between 2 and 8°C for cake preservation. Colors include red, black, white, etc. (marble options include natural and artificial marble) and corrugated steel panels. Styles include rounded, right-angled, and front-opening doors, among others. They are commonly used in bars, fruit shops, beverage shops, etc.
